Childhood is the golden period of one’s life. No matter how old we become, we all remember our childhood memories. The fun we had, the lovely fights with siblings, the trouble we created for others like ringing the doorbell of a neighbor or while coming back from coaching classes, everything is worth remembering. The life when we are a kid is what we actually live carefreely, no stress, no worries, no challenges, no struggle to hide our teary eyes.
Whenever we see children; we find them beautiful, cute and tend to take them on our shoulders regardless of their biological identity. Our sorrows, miseries, and unpleasantness vanish in a fraction of seconds when we spend quality time with children as they are considered as the embodiment of divinity, truthfulness, chastity, affection, and honesty. These are the virtues that we all need to inculcate.
Children teach us a most significant lesson which is essential to make life happy. Always keep the child inside you alive. When we grow older we get to know and experience many things from our family, friends, school, and society. The difficulties which arise in our path and to become successful and prove our worth in other eyes the child within us somewhere starts disappearing. We tend to become more introvert, terse, austere in nature, and a bit selfish towards our interests. We feel embarrassed and humiliated whenever we encounter the situations when we are asked about something that we don’t know knowing the fact no one on this planet knows everything.
With the passage of time, the will and curiosity within us struggle with our ego and starts diminishing the kid within ourselves which don’t let us be humble, happy and receptive. “Child” here means; naturality, truthfulness, divinity, innocence, and curiosity that help to elevate the life of human beings in every walk of life and lead them towards not only materialistic success but also towards an ultimate and absolute truth that brings everlasting joy and happiness in our life.
Enjoy the life to the fullest by keeping few essential points in mind and be a kid again.
(1) Smile more often and laugh whenever possible as someone said ” You don’t stop laughing because you grow old. you grow old because you stop laughing.”
(2) Learn to cherish simple pleasure in life like when we were a kid we feel blessed even we get a candy or a pencil of our favorite color, making paper boats and flying kites in the sky.
(3) Don’t be scared out the judgment and perception one have for you. Take chances, live your life the way you want, do the things you feel no regret while looking back.
(4) Love yourself wholeheartedly. Have you ever observed a child who loves oneself and smile whenever he sees himself in the mirror? Be that kid even if you are having a wrinkled face. Love and embrace yourself.
(5) Discover your passion seeing the children near you following their passion and make the list of the things you wanted to do a child. Pursue them, do them for yourself.
Happy children’s day to all of you. May this child within everyone who is beyond the hatred, and love, who is curious, innocent, honest and lovely always remain alive.
