Every girl has some ambitions and dreams when she is young but as soon as she gets to marry, her dreams take a backseat unwillingly as she is forced to fulfill her duties and responsibilities by forgetting her happiness, her wishes, her desires and her profession. Although, women have some aspirations that go way beyond having a fairy tale wedding and a happy married life but marriage compels an Indian woman to sacrifice her objectives/aims for the sake of her family and loved ones. So, today in this article at mangal Parinay, I am letting you know the times a woman should not give up on her dreams and work towards what she truly wants.

• Don’t leave your ambition because your family doesn’t believe in you. Only you know your weakness, strengths, interests more than anyone else. Choose the career where can give your 100% with all your heart without letting anyone’s doubt come in your way to success and growth. Have faith in yourself. May what comes, you can’t let doubt restrict yourself from doing hard work.

• Age is never a barrier. It’s a limitation to put on your mind. Shut the mouth of the people who tell you that you are too old to start something new. Show the people that age is just a number which can never stop you to pursue a new hobby or interest. Remember, it’s never too late to follow your passion until it keeps you alive.

• Don’t sit at home because you are married. Today, women are expert in maintaining a healthy balance between professional and family life. If your family contradicts with your belief..ask them for a chance to display that you are capable of fulfilling your responsibilities along with your professional life.

• Marriage can never be an obstacle or reason to not study further. But marriage needs constant support of your partner and everyone when you decide to study. Discuss the suitable reasons with your partner why you want to study further and make him understand. Choose the course you find intriguing.

• Most women have a misconception that babies come their way to have a successful career. Though upbringing of a baby in initial years is a challenging task for a mother but do understand that becoming a mother is a part of your life, not the end of life. Continue to chase your goals after you become a mother and be a role model for your kid.

• There is no field which is the only man oriented. Today, women are making themselves count in every sphere of life. If someone tells you that you can’t perform better in the specific field because you are a woman, prove them wrong through your actions as we all know actions speak louder than words. Let your word rest, and action reverberates.
