Desserts

Having sugar first thing in the morning leads to increase the insulin levels which results in an untreatable disease, Diabetes. Eating chocolates in the morning when you just woken up also increases the load on the pancreas. Hence, dismiss all those irregular practices of having sweets on an empty stomach to keep yourself physically fit.

Yogurt and cultured milk products

Yogurt or commonly called as curd an empty stomach leads to an increase in Hydrochloric acid content, which is responsible to kill lactic acid bacteria.Resulting, the nutrients are absorbed by the body. Hence, try to avoid yogurt on an empty stomach or you can have chapatis and paratha with buttermilk or curd.

Cucumbers

Besides having such quality I am here suggesting you to just avoid this magical fruit or veggie on an empty stomach because this causes gas formation, abdominal pain, and heartburn. It would be good to have this veggie in daytime or before having dinner as a salad.

Citrus food

Citrus food or food containing vitamin C like oranges which have a ton of fruit acid in it leads to increase the risks of gastritis and gastric ulcers as well as heartburn. Therefore, avoid having citrus food on an empty stomach. You can have this food before and after having lunch. You can also consume these fruits in form of juice.

Carobanted drink or soda

Though from children to olds, everyone is quite craving for these colorful drinks. You might think these chilled drinks containing caffeine content will keep you charged for the whole day but it actually destroys mucous membranes and reduce blood supply to the stomach which in result slows down the digestion process.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes, the red coloured, juicy and appetizing vegetable is loved by all. And known as for the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene and a tremendous veggie which reduced the risk of heart disease and cancer. But hold up having it on an empty stomach as the tannic acid in it increases acidic and cause gastric ulcers.

Bananas

Banana is rich in essential vitamins and minerals namely potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron etc… But having this fruit on an empty stomach leads to a sharp increase in magnesium content in the blood and hence can be harmful to the heart.
