Ms. Chhillar won the prestigious crown of Miss World beauty pageant on 18th November 2017 and made every Indian proud on herself as she is the first Indian woman to clinch the title after Priyanka Chopra who won the same title in the year 2000.

• Never skip breakfast- Breakfast is a must if you want to stay fit and healthy, and having breakfast regulates blood flow. Where skipping meals increases the hunger pangs by the end of the day and resulting extra pounds in weight.
• Have regular meals in small intervals – Eating regular meals helps to reduce the temptation to snack on food that is high in fat and sugar.
• Don’t take sugar, especially refined sugar. Strictly avoid it if you don’t want to consume unwanted calories.
• Don’t sacrifice with a healthy diet while traveling. Include salad In your meal. Opt for appetizers instead of the main course. Don’t starve for creamy sauce while eating grilled sandwich and fish.
• Practice Yoga regularly- Yoga provides several benefits to mind, body, and health. Yoga is a great form of exercise if you maintain correct body posture and keep your muscles toned. Yoga is also beneficial for increasing flexibility and core strength of body apart from providing slim body.
• Squats- Add squats in your workout regime. Not only it helps in toning and maintaining thighs and bottom muscles, it also aids in increasing entire body strength, getting rid of cellulite and improves circulation.

• Early Morning- Drink two glasses of plain or lemon squeezed warm water.
• Breakfast– Unflavoured yogurt with cereals (oats or white flakes), fresh fruits, nuts, avocado, sweet potato, carrot, beetroot or 2-3 egg whites
• Mid Meal- Coconut water followed by fruits.
• Lunch- Quinoa/Rice/Chapati with a bowl of vegetables and shredded chicken/lentils.
