• Increase your diet intake by 400-1000 calories to gain weight. Avoid processed oils. Use coconut, olive oil, peanut butter etc.
• Ensure that you have a balance of proteins, carbohydrates, minerals and healthy fats in your plate.
• Don’t skip any meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and snacks (3 times) no matter you are occupied with work or busy in shopping etc.
