• Before you doze off to bed, Show gratitude to your body as it allows you to do things throughout the day. Make it habit to thank your body every morning, to rejuvenate itself so that you can enjoy the day.
• Look into the mirror and say “I am world’s most beautiful creature”. Repeat the phrase whenever you doubt or feel low.
