• Cucumber
Whenever we urge to eat something during summers, cucumber is probably the most well-known food that strikes our mind. Not only it is hydrating but also lights on the stomach keep constipation at its bay and great for skin due to water content. Grate it to make a refreshing raita or simply toss it to prepare the salad.
• Water Melon
