1) Khushkhabri kab suna rahe ho- koi Khushkhabri h? Any Good news? The first and foremost annoying thing which people say to you is- when do we get to hear the good news? Hume dada dadi kab banaoge? When you both are planning to have a kid.

2) Love or arranged-  Its seems like you both know each other before marriage.  We can’t believe u had an arrange marriage, are you lying to us? Everyone is eager to know your marriage is arranged one or love. “You guys don’t look like that you had an arranged marriage. you guys are so compatible, how can you guys have an arrange marriage??

3) How’s sex life after marriage – This is again the indirect question of people to stay tuned with to the latest news of your life. When two of you planning?  If you are a newlywed, you may agree to the fact why don’t people mind their own business. these things are private let them private and allow newlyweds to free to take their own decision. This is their life let them live freely.

4) Do you click with your mother-in-law?– As a newlywed, most asked question is- how is your mother-in-law? Which kind of bond you both share with each other? How both you get along with one another? Is she interfere in your personal life? 

5) You have become fat, ahh? – this is one of the most irritating words which every newlywed have to hear whenever she meets her relative for the first time. Each and every person whether she is your sibling, Chachi or a dear friend starts advising you to control your diet. 

6) How are you feeling now? –  It’s obvious that a bride is experiencing trauma inside her heart and going through a tumoil of overwhelming emotions as she is leaving her home, her parents, her siblings with whom she was sharing the same roof by birth. How can she jump in happiness? she feels nervous and stressed as she has to live with new members and new surrounding.

7) You miss being single, na?- So, are you loving married life or missing being single. Come on yaar, obviously, people do miss being single. mostly girls miss it the most as her life totally changes even her home and everyone have so many expectations with her. How couldn’t she will not even miss her life being single, waking up from bed whenever she feels so and watching tv till midnight.

8) Where are your bangles, or mangalsutra?– Where is your bindi, where are your bangles? you don’t seem to be newly married. Put some lipstick, do makeup because you should look like a newlywed bedeck in heavy saree, makeup and solah shringaar items.

9) Apne pati ka naam leti ho?- The most irritating thing that almost every newlywed get to hear… apne pati ka naam leti ho? How could you? When someone interrupts in between the conversation whenever you call him by his name, its feels infuriating. What the hell, we are living in the 21st century. Can’t we call his name? 

10) Formal talks – Haan ji, Ji haan, Kahiye, aap bataiye…this kind of language starts as saying anything without adding ji in your sentence doesn’t show your sanskars and all your relation becomes mummy Ji, papa ji which seems annoying too as you missed your informal chit chat with your mom and dad.
